1. Agreement
By using Landtest, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
2. Early access & waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee launch date, features, pricing, or invitation. We may prioritize, delay, or decline access.
3. GitHub access
When you connect a repo, you grant Landtest permission to read and write files related to active tests (variant files, test config, and the page routing layer). You retain full ownership of your repo. All Landtest commits can be reverted via git.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
5. Accounts & workspace names
Workspace names are provisional. We may reclaim misleading or inappropriate names.
6. Tracking during tests
During active tests, Landtest adds a small tracking script to your page routing layer. It collects visitor, section, element, and goal events as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent identity, disrupt services, or use Landtest unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
Landtest branding and software remain our property. Your repo content remains yours.
9. Test results
Statistical results are directional. Low traffic can produce unreliable conclusions. You are responsible for decisions made based on test data.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
12. Refunds
Paid plans follow our Refund Policy (no refunds). Waitlist signup is free. Planned pricing: Free, Pro ($39/mo), Growth ($99/mo), Lifetime ($399).
13. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
